The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property where services are to be performed. This includes ensuring that gates are unlocked and obstacles are cleared to allow our team access to the work area.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our team and your property, Erlachers Tree Service LLC is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the provision of our services, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the services requested, including the location and condition of trees to be serviced. The customer also agrees to follow any instructions provided by our team for the safety of both parties and the property.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice or liability.
